When you register and apply for a position at Q-Chem your application will be reviewed by our experienced recruitment personnel.
All Q-Chem positions are filled by competition and if there is further interest in your application the next step will be an appointment for a telephone interview, or possibly a face-to-face interview.
Your interview is as important to us as it is to you. Here are some valuable interview concepts and tips to help you succeed in our interviews.
Our search for the best "fit"
Our goal is to identify the candidate that best "fits" the available position. While your education and qualifications are extremely important, your overall “fit” is most important. Best “fit” is when a candidate has the blend of skills, knowledge, abilities, behaviors, and values essential for the role. At Q-Chem we use Behavior Description Interviewing methods, which allow interviewers to receive information more thoroughly, fairly and accurately. During the interview, you are empowered to ask questions of our interviewers, to gather information and also determine if Q-Chem is a good “fit” for you.
