The recruiting criteria for Non-Senior Staff, which was developed specifically for Q-Chem, incorporated a series of English Comprehension tests, Computer based tests as well as Technical Interviews. Today, the same Tests are used extensively, helping Q-Chem maintain the envious position of having one of the highest recruiting standards in the industry and one which you will experience when you achieve the title of a Q-Chem employee.

Senior Staff employees are also required to posses the highest of standards, not only from a technical standpoint but also from a Safety, Environment and ethical stance.
