Students in different disciplines allocated to HR - Training, Finance, Marketing, PR and Technical departments.
Students were visited by their respective instructors; these visits by the instructors were well received and helped the students to

Qatar Career Fair 2009 got under way at Doha Exhibition Centre on April 12. Opened by HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, the five-day fair aimed to offer Qatari students a window of recruitment, training, and sponsorship opportunities. More than 100 leading Qatari companies, financial institutions, universities and multi-national establishments operating in the state are taking part in the fair. (read more)
The country’s energy sector offers unique structured career opportunities for Qataris, the Deputy Premier HE Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah said. Structured career opportunities have been developed over many years, Al-Attiyah said at the 5th annual Qatarization Review Meeting of the Energy and Industry sector yesterday. Al-Attiyah thanked various educational institutions in the country and government ministries and agencies for their support of the Strategic Qatarization Plan. Al-Attiyah honored three companies at the sector’s first annual Qatarization awards presentation. Qatar Shell GTL (for supporting Qatarization) and Q-Chem (support for training and development). Qatar University (QU) and Qatar Chemical Company (Q-Chem) announced on Thursday 18 June the winners of the Protective Workwear for Women Design Competition. The winners and participants were awarded appreciation plaques and certificates. (read more)
The yearly Qatari town hall meeting which involves Q-Chem management and the all nationals. The meeting will be held early in October.
