and the high volume of women completing their degrees Q-Chem started to look for those women who can make a difference in the work place.
Started last year Q-Chem have employed a number of national ladies in different disciplines, they were placed in non-technical posts and in technical posts and all of them were giving real tasks which they were all accomplished extraordinary well and continue to do real tasks in the company. Q-Chem has national women process engineers operations and inHSE department who have joined the Emergency Response Team and other ladies in administration and financial departments."
